The location of this hotel is excellent - just a short distance from the Sendai main station and with easy access to attractions. The nearby shopping arcade and abundance of food options, including the local favorite of beef tongue, make it a convenient choice for travelers. Furthermore, the hotel is right in front of a subway station and bus stop, making it highly accessible for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's basic amenities, like the rooms with nice bathtubs, add to the overall comfort and pleasant stay.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

I spent my New Year at this hotel and I have to say I enjoyed the location. It was very easy to get around as it was close to all the attractions, shops, and transport links. the buffet breakfast was substantial and filled me up for the day. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The room itself was quite small and outdated. There was no main light which made the room feel quite dark and the bed was not very comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sendai! the location was absolutely perfect. It's just a short walk from the main train station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The convenience was unbeatable. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and their English was better than my Japanese. They made me feel welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the nice bathtub in the en-suite bathroom. It was such a treat to relax after a long day of exploring. And to top it all off, the breakfast included in the stay was delicious and gave me a great start to the day.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.

New Year's Eve stay was made fantastic thanks to the hotel's beautiful European decoration and excellent service. The staff was kind and helpful at all times, and the location in the city center made it easy to explore and find restaurants. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options, and the room had a good size and was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The walls between the rooms were too thin, and the noise from other guests could be heard clearly. , the hotel's lighting was not bright enough, and the lamps were not sufficient to light up the entire room.

This hotel is in a great spot, very close to the train station with plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast buffet was decent and there were a lot of options. the front desk staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the en suite bathroom was a decent size.
I found the decor to be outdated and not to my taste.
